PRODUCTION:
On average we take approximately 5-7 business days (maybe less or more depending on item & volume) to create apparel products & travel bags and 3-5 business days for non-apparel (Home Décor, Accessories etc.) products. That is our typical production time.
SHIPPING:
After the production time frame you should expect approximately 3-7 business days shipping times on top of that.
Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. We want to ensure that the proper packaging is used for certain products to make sure that your product is secured and arrives in one piece.
TRACKING:
Once a tracking number has been assigned to your order you will then receive and email and/or SMS message via telephone providing notifications or each step of getting your order to you.
