Production & Shipping Policy

Production Time:

We aim to provide you with high-quality products crafted with care. Our typical production times are as follows:

  • Apparel products & travel bags: Approximately 5-7 business days (may vary depending on item & volume).
  • Non-apparel products (Home Décor, Accessories, etc.): Approximately 3-5 business days.

Please note that these time frames are estimates, and actual production times may vary depending on the complexity of the item and current order volume.

Shipping Time:

After the production time frame, you can expect shipping times of approximately 3-7 business days. Some products may be shipped separately due to differences in packaging requirements. Our priority is to ensure that each product is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit and to ensure that it arrives safely to you.


Once a tracking number has been assigned to your order, you will receive an email and/or SMS message providing notifications for each step of the delivery process. This includes updates on when your order has been shipped, its current location in transit, and its expected delivery date.

Tracking Number Not Received:
